Many countries have some sort of day
of thanksgiving on their national calendars. However, only two countries
celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday that is celebrated in the United
States. These countries are the United States, of course, and Canada.
Writing a "thankful" blog for the past 28 days has forced me to pause and recognize how many wonderful things exist in my life. We all have trials and hardships, everyone we meet is fighting some sort of fight, but, right here, right now, on Thanksgiving Day 2013, I am just thankful. Like a kid counting how many presents bear their name under the tree, I am counting my blessings today.
