I would not have believed this if I didn't try it myself. Yes, just TWO ingredients, a boxed spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin turned into these delicious pumpkin muffins! No eggs, no oil, no water!! Just mix the two things together and bake!!
I made them in the Babycakes machine because the kids love the small size.
Kid tested. Kid approved! I couldn't get a photo of Maddy's because she ate it so fast!!
